Previously known as ‘PA Week’ among staff, the PAH Health Symposium continues to be the flagship event of Metro South Health’s (MSH) annual education, research and training calendar. Celebrating the 63rd symposium in 2024, it is Queensland’s longest running health-related conference.

Providing a platform for clinicians and researchers from PAH, MSH and affiliated research institutes to proudly showcase their work, the symposium also provides an opportunity for attendees to learn from national and international experts – from a variety of clinical professions – as they present advancements in research and clinical practice.

Attendees also enjoy valuable networking opportunities with colleagues, staff and industry representatives.

Fostering a culture of education, research and training in healthcare, the symposium also promotes collaboration and innovation, quality care for patients, and improves staff culture and engagement.

2023 in review

2023 was another exciting year for the PAH Health Symposium as we celebrated its 62nd year as a hybrid event with both in-person and virtual attendees.
