As Australia’s first large-scale digital hospital, Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) is at the forefront of healthcare innovation and technology and is in a unique position to lead the shaping of personalised medicine into the future.

Over the last two years, PAH has pioneered transformational change to the management of health systems and services, and will continue to identify new directions in how patients are diagnosed and treated, and how electronic medical records will be tailored to improve personalised care.

The benefits of utilising technology to personalise patient care also highlights the importance of research investment, technological development and collaboration. The PAH has seen significant improvements in practice thanks to a strong collaboration with our university and research partners at the Translational Research Institute (TRI).
